Client Success Manager

** This is a hybrid position based in The Woodlands, TX. **

This role will handle the day-to-day and long-term vision of the client’s journey with Wright’s Media while ensuring our best-in-class Client Success framework is implemented. You will focus on driving the growth and retention of accounts, developing strong senior-level relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring proper resource alignment to business needs. 

Responsibilities:        

  • Onboard and implement best practices for new clients
  • Serve as the primary, day-to-day contact for an assigned set of clients
  • Responsible for client retention and development of relationships
  • Present and create executive presentations for quarterly sales reviews
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet and exceed client objectives
  • Create, implement, and maintain account strategies that build revenue
  • Identify content licensing opportunities that lead to new revenue streams
  • Maintain existing relationships with senior leaders and develop new relationships with key contacts across client organizations
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Attend trade shows as needed
  • 5-10% Travel, Nationwide & International

Qualifications:        

  • 5-7 years of account management or business development experience
  • Strong communicator/relationship builder
  • Highly efficient and exceptionally detailed
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on sales trends
  • Process-driven/team oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint
  • Salesforce familiarity (is a plus)
  • Monday.com familiarity (is a plus)
