Who you are

You have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and excel at leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You enjoy managing various channels like website content, social media advertising, and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to the Wright’s Media audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with senior members of the marketing team on marketing automation projects such as e-commerce, MAS workflows, and nurture campaigns
  • Use our Marketing Automation tool (HubSpot) to plan and execute all digital marketing, including managing our database, overseeing emails, and building landing pages (be the subject matter expert)
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Inside Sales to strategize and execute marketing campaigns for specific audiences
  • Maintain and update corporate website and build new copy as needed (WordPress)
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify marketing trends/insights. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Create and manage accurate contact segmentation using Excel for import into Salesforce CRM tool
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce relevant content (collateral, sales sheets, infographics, etc.) that meets the needs of our audience

What is your background

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting
  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Strong experience with large marketing automation tool – HubSpot preferred
  • Working knowledge of Canva
  • Knowledge of CRM concepts and/or experience with Salesforce
  • Familiar with WordPress or similar content management system (CMS) along with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Basic knowledge of Google AdWords/Remarketing is a plus
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proficient in the use of Windows, Excel & PowerPoint.  Stronger Excel skills are preferred for contact data segmentation clean-up
  • Good time management and the ability to multi-task and switch projects quickly based on what your team needs
  • Works well independently and promotes a team-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail and good sense of creative design
